Come join Flora Steward, Devyani Mishra, on a walk around Swan Lake to learn more about trees and other plants in the area and how to identify them. Meet in the courtyard outside the Visitor’s Center. The hike will be just over a mile and will be on level ground.

The Friends was established in 1996 to encourage public participation in protecting the Preserve’s wildlife and habitat, sustaining its historical and archaeological features, and maintaining its unique system of carriage roads.
